Industrial design established a common optical chassis capable of being "own branded" or customised to suit specific customer requirements.
Optical stability was achieved using bespoke extrusions to create a rigid chassis. Outer enclosure components consisted of extrusions and CNC-ed endcaps to achieve alternative branding opportunities.
In the CAD environment, detailed CAD assemblies were generated to capture the design intent & PCB layouts.
Components were engineered for low cost tooling methods and a detailed 2D/3D manufacturing pack was created for release to production vendors.
